On-Location Photography

Why?

• Do you have more than one child and wish there was a better way to have their pictures taken?

• Do you dread waiting in line for your turn while your child gets tired of waiting?

• Wouldn't it be nice to get the kids ready for pictures, never leave the house, and try several outfits without feeling pressure to hurry while others wait?

• Do you have a child with health problems and would enjoy having the photographer come to you to maintain updated pictures?

• You'd like to have a large, extended-family portrait done. If you're having a family get-together where everyone will be present, we can come to shoot the formal portraits of the full extended family, as well as each individual family, each couple, and all the kids. We can even hang around for a while and capture candids from your day together.

• There is NO sitting fee. You only pay for any pictures, albums, or DVDs you order after you've seen the proofs.

How?

• What's convenient for you? You tell us when and where.

• We come to your home, or other location, and photograph your children or your family. For children's portraits, we like to take some posed pictures (if we can get the younger ones to stop long enough) and some of them doing what they normally do. We try to capture them with the toys, blankets, pillows, stuffed animals, books, etc. that they currently enjoy.

• We can use anything you may have.
• Often toddlers are too busy to stop for a photo session so we do what we can. We work with what they give us and do our best to make it enjoyable for them. The best pictures are taken when they're comfortable and having fun.
• A session usually lasts 1-2 hours depending on the number of children as well as their ages and moods.

Requesting a Photo Session

• To request a photo session, please email us the following information about a Contact: Name, Email, and Phone Number; And the following information about the session:
• Requested Date and Time,
• Location Type (home, park, etc.) and City (must be in SE Michigan or you will be responsible for travel costs),
• Location Address (number & street),
• Location Phone (if different from Contact Number above),
• No. of People to be Photographed,
• No. of Children,
• Ages of Children, and
• Any Remarks you have.
• After receiving your email, we will follow up with you.

Ordering Pictures

• Approximately three weeks after your session, we will email you a link to your proof site which you can share with family and friends.
• From that site, you will be able to order any prints you would like.

Album

• A 20-page album personally designed for you to keep to share with family and friends, or to give as a gift to grandparents. We'll take photographs. You let us know that you'd like an album from our day of shooting and we'll lay one out for you. You'll be able to view your album layout when you view your photo proofs. If you're not sure, you can wait until you see your proofs to let us know and we'll begin work on your album layout. Albums are available in your choice of a hard or soft cover.

• Or was can come take photographs of your child and you can choose all your photographs from the same session to capture the many expressions specific to your son or daughter...or a few picture of each of your children for the same set.
• Or maybe you want an extended Family Photo Session as a gift to the grandparents. Each individual family can be displayed and rotated throughout the year.
